lovely staff comfortable environment tasteful decoration

the staff were so lovely, especially to us as a couple with a young baby. they provided everything needed to make us comfortable. the room was decorated tastefully. (it seemed like home!).

parking availability benefits hotel residents (a great peace of mind). the restaurant is very lively. i appreciated the guaranteed parking for hotel residents, as it made logistics very easy.

The staff consistently ensured we felt welcome, especially esther (she was super friendly!). the cleaning staff kept our room sparkling. This was a nice touch. staff were really good too ensure all guests were comfortable.

the room had good quality equipment, for example plentiful tea and coffee. free parking was a bonus. the room was quiet, despite being near the main road. the bed was comfortable.

the staff provided helpful suggestions for local walks. my room included air conditioning and a small balcony. the included car parking was easy to access, quite helpful (it's a rare thing in cities!).

the hallway had a slight unpleasant smell.

the hotel is a reasonable distance from the city center, approximately a 20-minute walk. the walk is downhill to the center, but a taxi is useful for the return trip. a bus stop is located right outside, offering convenient access.
